A Pair of Brass Utilitarian pans one with handle
Description
This lot comprises two round, utilitarian metal pans, brass. The vessel on the left features a dark, arcing metal handle, possibly iron or steel, attached to its rim. Both pieces exhibit a significant, uneven dark patination across their exteriors, with areas of brighter, polished-looking metal visible, particularly on the interior of the handled vessel. Their surfaces show numerous scratches, scuffs, and general wear commensurate with age and use. No discernible text or maker’s marks are visible upon initial inspection.
