A Royal Doulton Silicon Lambeth Stoneware Vase
Description
A Royal Doulton Silicon Lambeth Stoneware vase, dating to the late Victorian or early Edwardian period. This cylindrical vessel features a matte tan-brown body with vertical ribbing. A central band is adorned with relief-molded hexagonal cells, each containing a multi-petaled flower rendered in muted teal and cream/off-white. The base is encircled by a band of cream/off-white molded leaves or petals. The unglazed base bears an impressed manufacturer’s mark “DOULTON LAMBETH ENGLAND” along with additional impressed letters “LG”.
