Description
An assortment of mid-20th-century children’s literature, comprising illustrated annuals and thin-format booklets. Visible titles include The Mysterious Airport by S. Beresford Lucas, which features the publisher name COLLINS printed at the head of the spine. Another volume is Enid Blyton’s ROBIN HOOD BOOK, with the publisher name LATIMER visible on the upper spine. Also present is DICKY DUCK & WONDERFUL WALTER, from the series A HARRY ROUNTREE BOOK, published by WARNE. The collection includes various pictorial spines with colourful graphics typical of British publishing from the period. One volume is protected by a clear plastic sleeve.
