A Set of Royal Kent Staffordshire Bone China Floral Decorated Teacups and Saucers
Description
A Staffordshire bone china tea set featuring teacups and saucers. Each piece is decorated with a transfer-printed floral design consisting of white daisies with yellow centres, blue cornflowers, and small pink blossoms, accented by gilded rims. The underside of the cups bears a printed backstamp featuring a heraldic crest flanked by the letters A and S. The mark includes the printed text BONE CHINA, Royal Kent in red, and MADE IN STAFFORDSHIRE ENGLAND. On one cup, a small gold-coloured mark is visible on the footrim. The set includes two adhesive labels: a white rectangular sticker with the handwritten number 501 in blue ink, and a printed auction house label from SHELBYS AUCTIONEERS reading LOT 288 with the number 01132602626.
