Three Reconstituted Stone Garden Ornaments Including a Gnome Bird Feeder
Description
A set of three weathered reconstituted stone garden ornaments. The collection comprises a reclining gnome, a squatting frog, and a resting rabbit. The gnome figure is depicted in a reclining position, holding a shallow oval tray basin intended for use as a bird feeder or small planter. The frog is modelled in a squatting pose with textured skin detailing. The rabbit is depicted in a crouching position with its ears laid back along its body. Each ornament is constructed from cast stone and exhibits a heavy natural patina of moss and lichen growth. A small, white rectangular adhesive label is present on the reverse of the rabbit figure, though the characters are illegible.
Gnome: approximately 35cm – 45cm in length
Rabbit: approximately 20cm – 25cm in length
Frog: approximately 12cm – 15cm in length.
