Jolly '30-Day Regulator-Style Wall Clock' (Signed)
Description
A vintage 30-day regulator-style wall clock by Jolly, manufactured in Korea. The dark-stained wooden case features an arched pediment decorated with a carved shell and scroll motif, positioned above a rectangular body with fluted pilasters. The single glazed door reveals a dial with a white chapter ring, black Arabic numerals, and a wood-grain effect centre. The dial is equipped with two winding apertures and black metal hands. The lower portion of the door contains a glass panel embellished with gold-toned foliate scroll transfers, through which a brass-toned circular pendulum is visible. The dial is marked JOLLY to the left of the centre and 30 DAYS to the right, with the inscription MADE IN KOREA printed below the six o’clock position.
