Description
A set of Royal Doulton English translucent china in the Argenta pattern, pattern number T.C. 1002. The service is crafted from fine porcelain with a white ground and a simple platinum-toned rim. The collection consists of teacups, saucers, side plates, a milk jug, an open sugar bowl, a large mug, and a serving platter. Each piece is marked on the underside with a black transfer-printed mark depicting a lion passant on a crown above a circular Royal Doulton England stamp. The mark also includes the text English Translucent China, the pattern name Argenta, and the code T.C. 1002.
