Old Charm Oak Dresser by Wood Bros
Description
A Tudor Revival style oak dresser from the Old Charm range manufactured by Wood Bros of Ware, Hertfordshire. The construction is primarily of oak with a dark stained finish. The upper portion consists of a plate rack with open shelving, a scalloped frieze featuring turned drop finials, and a central double-door cabinet with leaded glass. The lower sideboard base is configured with three drawers arranged over three cupboard doors. The cupboard fronts are decorated with traditional linenfold carvings and arched motifs. The piece is fitted with metal ring-pull handles and decorative H-hinges. A diamond-shaped foil maker’s label is present to the interior, bearing the inscription Old Charm Furniture, Wood Bros, Ware, Herts.
