A collection of approximately 41 items of costume jewellery, primarily consisting of insect-themed brooches and cameo panels. The insect-themed group includes approximately 16 pieces featuring butterflies, moths, and a bee. Notable items include a large butterfly brooch constructed from green, pink, and white beads, several enamelled butterflies in various colours, and silver-tone pieces set with clear paste rhinestones. One butterfly features wings inlaid with iridescent shell-like panels, and a gold-tone bee is detailed with filigree wings and red paste eyes. The cameo collection comprises approximately 25 items, including mounted brooches and unmounted panels. These feature carved shell in conch and sardonyx types, as well as moulded resin and plastic imitations.
