Two decorative brooches including a Celtic triskele motif example
Description
A lot comprising two decorative brooches. The first is an oval-shaped brooch featuring a high-relief twisted knot design, crafted from a glossy black material. The second is a circular brooch, possibly a pendant-brooch, featuring a cream-toned Celtic triskele triple spiral motif inlaid or enamelled against a black ground. This item includes a suspension loop to the reverse and an attached auction tag numbered 6182. No maker’s marks or hallmarks are visible on the front of either piece. The pin mechanisms are not visible from the front.
