A Collection of Dog Figurines of Various Breeds and Materials
Description
A collection of dog figurines featuring a variety of breeds and styles. The group includes a large textured grey terrier, possibly a Schnauzer, accompanied by a smaller matching figure. Also present is a black and white sheepdog in the style of a Border Collie seated on a circular textured mat, a Jack Russell terrier type, and a shaggy dog resembling a Yorkshire Terrier. The assortment contains several smaller puppy figurines in various poses and colours, including tan, white, and multi-coloured examples. One figure is a stylised pale blue-grey dog. The items are constructed from a mix of materials; the more detailed matte-finish pieces are likely cast resin, while the smooth, glossy figures are glazed ceramic or porcelain. Some pieces in the collection resemble the style of Stone Critters and Puppy in my Pocket figurines.
