A Collection of Vintage Wooden Shoe Lasts, Stretchers, and Assorted Metalware
Description
A collection of vintage wooden shoe lasts and adjustable shoe stretchers, accompanied by a selection of metal drinking vessels. The shoe lasts and stretchers are carved from hardwood and include various sizes and multi-part adjustable designs. Several of the wooden forms bear a stamped mark consisting of a diamond-shaped border enclosing a stylised graphic of a leaf or tree. The metalware comprises a copper-toned mug with embossed floral and scrollwork decoration, a heavy dark metal two-handled porringer, and silver-toned vessels including a tankard with a handle.
