Contemporary Traditional Style Stained Hardwood Chest of Drawers
Description
A contemporary chest of drawers designed with a traditional aesthetic, constructed from reddish-brown stained hardwood solids and veneers, likely cherry or birch. The rectangular top is finished with a wide crossbanded veneer border and bevelled edges. The facade is arranged with three small upper drawers positioned over two full-width lower drawers, each featuring recessed panels. The upper drawers are fitted with small circular brass-toned knobs, while the lower drawers are equipped with coordinating brass-toned ring pulls. The piece terminates in distinctive curved, sleigh-style bracket feet. The chest displays a consistent, lustrous finish throughout. A small white lot tag is present on the left-side panel. While no maker’s marks are present, the construction and style are indicative of high-quality late 20th-century manufacture. Dimensions: 82cm H x 90cm W x 45cm D.
