Vintage-Style Cream Painted Oval Cheval Mirror with Integrated Vanity Drawer
Description
A mid-to-late 20th-century cheval mirror and vanity stand, finished in a soft cream-coloured paint. The piece features a large tilting oval mirror glass set within a highly ornate frame, decorated with molded scrollwork and filigree borders. The mirror is suspended between two slender vertical uprights, which are mounted to a rectangular base unit. This base provides a flat display surface and houses a single storage drawer, embellished with matching scrollwork trim and a decorative metal swing handle. The entire assembly is supported by four short, slightly curved legs terminating in ornamental feet. The design reflects a Victorian or Rococo Revival aesthetic. No manufacturer marks are present. Dimensions: Approximately 150cm height x 55cm width x 40cm depth.
