A mid-20th-century industrial vertical filing cabinet attributed to Phoenix Safe Co. The unit features a robust metal construction designed for fire resistance. It is finished in a characteristic two-tone colour scheme, comprising a dark brown outer frame and beige-coloured drawer fronts. Each drawer is fitted with an integrated vertical side pull and a central rectangular label holder; the upper holder retains a printed warning label. A lock cylinder is situated at the upper left corner of the front frame. The utilitarian design reflects the functional aesthetic of mid-century office furniture.
