Royal doulton Yorkshire Terrier Fireside Ceramic Figurine Model 2377
Description
A single ceramic figurine identified as the Royal doulton Yorkshire Terrier Fireside Model 2377. The piece depicts a seated Yorkshire Terrier dog with long, textured hair, glazed in glossy tan and brown hues for the forequarters, transitioning sharply to light gray and off-white for the hindquarters. The dog is styled with a dark red bow centered on its head. The figurine is hollow-cast. The underside of the base is finished with a white glaze and features several markings, including a clear black manufacturer’s stamp depicting a crest or shield device partially surrounded by text that includes the geographic indicator “ENGLAND.” Additional markings include a stylized black numeral ‘8’ and an illegible circular pink stamp.
