Description
A collection of 22 pieces of Royal Albert bone china tea and coffee service in the Lavender Rose pattern. The service is executed in white porcelain with a high gloss finish, decorated with a traditional transfer-printed floral motif featuring pink roses and green foliage, extensively accented by gold trim (gilding) on rims, handles, and feet. The collection comprises one tall lidded coffee or chocolate pot (the lid bearing a sticker marked 4245 D), one creamer, one open sugar bowl, nine teacups of various traditional shapes (including both handled and unhandled forms), and ten saucers or small plates, including a stack of eight round saucers and two scattered serving plates (one rectangular).
