Description
This salvage lot consists of approximately fifty (50) antique and vintage optical components, including loose glass lenses, various metal frames, and parts for spectacles and pince-nez. The materials present include silver-toned and brass/gold-toned metals, clear glass, black molded plastic, and tortoiseshell-patterned acetate found on a partial spectacle arm. Notable items include a black folding lorgnette or field viewer, numerous circular pince-nez frames, many featuring small key-shaped metal attachments, and a large circular optical accessory covered in pale fabric. The lot also contains miscellaneous small objects, including a miniature brass figurine shaped like a frog or toad. The items are housed together in a beige plastic storage tray bearing a handwritten inventory sticker numbered 6182.
