Poole Pottery White Glazed Owl Lamp Base
Description
A Poole Pottery white glazed ceramic lamp base, likely dating from the mid-to-late 20th century. The piece is modeled in the form of the head and upper body of a snowy owl, featuring a glossy white glaze and highly textured detailing designed to represent feathers. The owl is characterized by expressive, deep reddish-orange inset eyes. The top of the ceramic base is fitted with a white plastic lamp socket assembly. A white rectangular sticker is affixed to the socket bearing the handwritten numbers 6182. A coiled white electrical cord terminating in a three-pin plug is attached, exhibiting printed text including TRIACE H03VVH2-F 2*0.75mm².
