A Trio of Vintage Composition and Hybrid Body Dolls
Description
A collection of three vintage dolls constructed primarily from composition and hard plastic materials, displaying varied styles and construction methods. The group includes a small folk doll dressed in brightly colored embroidered Eastern European-style clothing, likely composition or hard plastic. The central doll is a composition baby doll wearing a complete pink knitted ensemble including a dress, bonnet, and booties. The third and largest doll features a smooth, bald composition or hard plastic head with painted features, attached to a hybrid body consisting of a rigid chest plate, stuffed cloth torso and upper limbs, and composition lower limbs. Visible markings on the cloth torso of the largest doll include a sticker reading “6182” and “C15” written in ink.
