Edwardian Inlaid Mahogany Single Door Display Cabinet
Description
A narrow Edwardian display cabinet constructed of dark stained wood veneer, likely mahogany, featuring lighter wood inlay used for strip banding and decorative accents. The upper frieze panel is adorned with a painted or inlaid floral swag decoration. The front is fitted with a single glazed door defined by a distinctive stylized vertical muntin, creating an arched or heart-like division. The interior contains three fixed shelves. The back of the case is lined with a highly patterned, light-colored fabric or wallpaper featuring pink and green floral clusters over a faint grid design. A small white inventory label marked ‘6182’ is affixed to the upper frieze panel.
