A French Brass Carriage Clock
Description
A traditional French brass carriage clock, featuring a rectangular case with a hinged brass carrying handle incorporating an oval glass aperture on top. The clock presents a white dial with black Roman numerals (I-XII) and a minute track, observed through a protective glass panel. Its glass side panels reveal the internal brass movement, which is clearly stamped “FRANCE” on the lower plate. A winding key is visible inside the case.
