A Collection of Nine Vintage Fabric and Soft-Sculpture Dolls, Mid-to-Late 20th Century
Description
A collection of nine assorted dolls, predominantly of fabric and soft-sculpture construction, consistent with styles from the mid-to-late 20th century. The group includes dolls with stuffed fabric bodies and yarn hair, notably a large central blonde-haired doll in a light blue dress. Two smaller baby dolls in yellow sleepers feature vinyl or plastic heads and faces. Also present are two larger dolls with painted brown hair and faces, dressed in matching green and white checkerboard outfits, one of which bears a visible white tag reading “Boots”. Additional dolls comprise a smaller dark-skinned doll in a grey knitted outfit, a fabric doll in red pants and a green shirt, another in blue overalls, and a flat, printed fabric doll in a striped blue dress depicting a figure holding a golden sphere.
