Description
An antique Federal style slant front desk, crafted from a dark reddish-brown hardwood, likely mahogany. The fall-front opens to reveal a fitted interior comprising a central cupboard flanked by multiple pigeonholes and small drawers, each fitted with brass pull knobs. Below the fall-front section are three full-width drawers, each adorned with two oval brass bail handles and a brass escutcheon over a keyhole. The desk stands on short, recessed bracket feet.
