A Diverse Collection of Mid-20th Century and Later Decorative and Functional Objects
Description
A diverse collection of decorative and functional objects, primarily dating from the mid-20th century and later. The assortment includes multiple pairs of cufflinks, featuring silver-tone, gold-tone, and black enamel designs, some presented in their original boxes. A collection of approximately ten fountain and rollerball pens are present, with various metal finishes including silver and gold-tone, some with patterned barrels, and one notably featuring a ‘PARKER’ clip. Also included are two painted figures depicting musicians in ‘blackamoor’ style, identified by an accompanying tag as ‘Judy Comic 1960’s, Sonny Singlow used by William Moorcroft & Sons – Jammakers 1950-1960 metal & Geo’. The collection further comprises several glass paperweights, one depicting a ballroom scene, another with two figures, and a faceted clear/amber piece. Additional items include a round porcelain box with a hand-painted pastoral scene, a large iridescent mother-of-pearl object, an ornate gold-tone spoon, a white folding fan with floral decoration, a carved wooden egg, a small camera, a dark brown lacquered box, and various small charms or pins, including an ivory-colored elephant and a grey metal rabbit. Further items include a circular object marked ‘GEOGRAPHY MORE’, a partially visible ‘SCHRADE’ box, a mosaic-style bracelet, and a heavy brass-colored metal object. All items are presented within a red-toned tray marked ‘6182’.
