An English Silver Napkin Ring, Birmingham, Circa 1930s, Cased
Description
An English silver napkin ring, likely dating to the Art Deco period, circa 1930s, and originating from Birmingham. The cylindrical ring features a finely textured, all-over pattern resembling tight waves or a basket weave. Centered on one side is an engraved cartouche containing ornate script initials, “G.H.S.” The metal is a silver-toned alloy, presented in its original dark velvet-covered hinged box with a cream-colored satin and velvet interior.
