A Trio of Wristwatches Including Longines, Poljot, and Citroën
Description
A collection of three wristwatches. The first is a Swiss-made Longines quartz dress watch featuring a slim gold-tone case and an integrated multi-link beads-of-rice style bracelet. The white dial is set with black baton hour markers, a Roman numeral XII at the twelve o’clock position, and a date aperture at three o’clock. The dial is printed with the name LONGINES at the top and SWISS MADE at the bottom edge. The folding clasp is embossed with a winged hourglass emblem. The second timepiece is a Soviet-origin Poljot wristwatch with a chrome-plated base metal case. It features a white dial with black Arabic numerals and a peripheral minute track. The dial is printed with the Cyrillic characters ПОЛЕТ above the six o’clock position and MADE IN USSR at the bottom edge. It is fitted with a replacement brown leather strap with a crocodile-embossed pattern. The third is a Citroën branded promotional quartz watch with a gold-tone case and a broad bezel engraved with Roman numerals I through XII. The black dial features a central horizontal red stripe printed with the name CITROËN and the word QUARTZ. It is paired with a black leather strap with a crocodile-embossed finish.
