Description
This contemporary tabletop globe features oceans rendered in a creamy, iridescent white material, with continents meticulously constructed from an inlay of various semi-precious stones and shells. The inlay includes iridescent abalone shell, green hardstone, and reddish-brown jasper. The globe is mounted within a full, calibrated gold-tone meridian ring and set upon an ornate tripod-style stand with decorative curved legs. A small compass is integrated into the central base support of the stand.
