A Set of Royal Trent Fine Bone China Teacups and Saucers
Description
A set of Staffordshire fine bone china teacups and saucers, each decorated with a transfer-printed floral pattern. The design features large pink five-petaled blossoms, smaller ochre-coloured flowers, green foliage, and golden-brown stalks of grain. Each piece is designed with a scalloped rim highlighted by gilt edging, and the cups are fitted with scrolled, gilded handles. The underside of the pieces bears a black printed backstamp consisting of a crown over the letter R, surrounded by the text FINE BONE CHINA, Royal Trent, and MADE IN STAFFORDSHIRE ENGLAND. Several items carry a small white adhesive inventory sticker with the handwritten number 25881.
