A decorative fantasy dagger and matching scabbard
Description
A decorative fantasy dagger with a matching scabbard, modelled on the Morgul-blade from The Lord of the Rings film trilogy. The dagger features a long, tapered blade with a central row of small rectangular perforations. The hilt comprises a dark, textured composite grip with gold-toned metal bands at the guard and a wide, circular pommel. The accompanying scabbard consists of two gold-toned metal sections decorated with relief scrollwork and inset red cabochon stones, joined by a central brown textured sleeve. A white adhesive label with handwritten text reading 12850 D is affixed to the scabbard sleeve. A second larger printed white adhesive label is affixed to the scabbard sleeve, reading SHELBYS AUCTIONEERS LOT 254 01132502626.
