An Assortment of Worldwide Coins and Tokens
Description
An assortment of worldwide coins and tokens presented on a grey plastic tray. The collection includes pieces struck in copper-coloured, brass-toned, and silver-coloured alloys. A silver-coloured coin is struck with the text SIX PENCE 1951 and another is marked 25 PTAS below a crown. A large copper-toned coin is inscribed FIVE SHILLINGS and features a three-masted sailing ship. Multiple gold-toned coins are marked 20 EURO CENT. The assortment includes a gold-toned token with a thistle design and a larger silver-coloured coin housed in a clear plastic sleeve. One brass-toned circular piece has a central circular perforation and another coin has a scalloped edge. The tray features a white adhesive label reading SHELBYS AUCTIONEERS LOT 228 01132502626 and a second white label marked 12701.
