A Lima OO Scale Electric Model Railway Set The Great GWR Railway Show as new in box
Description
A vintage Lima OO scale electric model railway starter set presented in its original retail packaging titled The Great GWR Railway Show. The set features a plastic diesel locomotive and a collection of rolling stock with metal wheels and axles, along with steel track and a power controller. The locomotive is a Class 52 Western diesel-hydraulic engine finished in maroon livery with yellow warning panels and bears the running number D1016 Western Gladiator. The assortment of rolling stock includes a white Unigate milk tanker, a white combined St Ivel and Unigate milk tanker, a grey open wagon marked GW, a brown open wagon carrying a blue car load, a reddish-brown open wagon marked J. H. Harrison and Co, a grey open wagon marked Evans and Bevan Anthracite Neath, a brown open wagon marked P. W. Spencer Giggleswick Swinden Sidings Rlstone LMS, and a brown goods brake van. The set includes a quantity of steel track comprising straight and curved sections and a green Lima model 2050 power controller with associated wiring. The contents are housed within a molded polystyrene tray inside a large illustrated cardboard box bearing the Lima logo and set title.
