Hornby Railways OO Gauge BR Standard Class 7MT Britannia Class Steam Locomotive and Tender 70000 Britannia
Description
Hornby Railways OO gauge scale model steam locomotive and tender, representing the BR Standard Class 7MT (Britannia Class). The locomotive is finished in British Railways Brunswick green livery with orange and black lining. It features red nameplates reading Britannia on the smoke deflectors and the running number 70000 on the cab sides. The tender is decorated with the British Railways late crest lion over wheel emblem. Construction comprises a die-cast metal chassis with a moulded plastic body shell. The model is presented in its original Hornby Railways red and yellow window box with a white polystyrene protective insert. An auction label for lot 165 is present on the box exterior.
