Early 20th Century Mahogany Glazed Display Cabinet
Description
An early twentieth-century mahogany and mahogany-veneered display cabinet of one-piece construction. The cabinet features twin glazed doors with decorative astragal glazing bars forming a central pointed arch motif. The interior is lined with a cream-coloured floral patterned fabric and contains two adjustable glass shelves. The piece stands on four cabriole legs terminating in carved ball-and-claw feet. It is fitted with a single brass-toned keyhole escutcheon to the right-hand door. No maker marks or labels are visible.
