Description
An Aynsley fine bone china tea service decorated in the Moonlight Rose pattern, number 182. The service features transfer-printed blue rose sprays contained within grey and silver-toned scrollwork cartouches, finished with platinum-coloured rims and highlights to the handles. The set comprises one large circular serving plate, six tea cups, six saucers, six side plates, one open sugar bowl, and one cream jug. Each piece bears a green printed factory mark to the base featuring a crown symbol, EST. 1775, AYNSLEY within a banner, ENGLAND, FINE ENGLISH BONE CHINA, Moonlight Rose, and the pattern number 182.
