A Collection of Silver Plated and Stainless Steel Flatware in Two Wooden Canteens
Description
This lot comprises an assortment of flatware contained within two wooden canteens. The first canteen, lined with green felt, contains a mixed selection of silver-plated and stainless steel items, including spoons, forks, and various serving pieces. Several items, notably the knives, feature cream-coloured composite handles with a bone-effect appearance. The second canteen contains a larger quantity of silver-plated flatware decorated in the Kings Pattern style, characterised by ornate scroll and shell motifs. This set includes table spoons, dessert spoons, and forks. The items are constructed from silver-plated base metal and stainless steel. While marks are present on the reverse of the pieces and the knife blades, they are not clearly legible for specific attribution.
