A collection of UK commemorative two pound coins, primarily of nickel-brass composition with one bimetallic issue. The assembly includes various commemorative designs: the 1986 XIII Commonwealth Games thistle type; the 1989 Tercentenary of the Bill of Rights crowned cypher and mace type; the 1994 Tercentenary of the Bank of England type; the 1995 50th Anniversary of the United Nations Nations United for Peace type; and multiple examples of the 1996 European Football Championship stylized football type. The obverses bear the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II with the legend ELIZABETH II DEI GRATIA REGINA F D. The collection is presented in a clear plastic multi-pocket collector sheet.
