Description
This tea service is manufactured from fine bone china by Spencer Stevenson and Co. Ltd. under the Royal Stuart brand. The set features a transfer-printed pattern of pink roses with green foliage. Each piece is finished with a scalloped edge and gilded rims. The larger serving pieces and cup handles include additional gilt scroll highlights. The service comprises six teacups with pedestal bases and scrolled handles, six saucers, six side plates, a large twin-handled cake plate, a milk jug, a sugar bowl, and a rectangular sandwich tray. Each piece bears the brown printed Royal Stuart Spencer Stevenson England mark with a central crown emblem.
