A Collection of Vintage British Model Railway Controllers and Rolling Stock including Tri-ang and Meccano
Description
This collection of vintage model railway equipment features items from several prominent British manufacturers. The group includes a Dyke and Ward Control Unit C2 with a black plastic casing and metal faceplate, and a Tri-ang P.5 Power Controller manufactured by Rovex Scale Models Limited, featuring a hammer-finish grey metal casing and red plastic dial. Also present is a Meccano Transformer No. T20, housed in its original blue cardboard box, intended for use with Hornby 20-volt electric locomotives. The rolling stock comprises a Tri-ang Railways green plastic open wagon marked TR 3576, a yellow plastic Shell Lubricating Oil tanker, a red die-cast and plastic low-loader wagon in Pickfords livery, and a brown plastic box van with a cream-coloured roof. Accessories include two level crossing signals constructed from metal and plastic.
