Description
This collection comprises three distinct decorative vessels showcasing various techniques in glass and ceramic arts. The first is a spherical studio art glass vase, executed with a mottled pink and gold-leaf metallic finish, topped with a scalloped rim in a contrasting brown tone. The second piece is a ribbed pitcher of shell-like form, featuring a vibrant aqua-blue interior and an iridescent pearlescent exterior with gold-toned accents along the horizontal ridges; this piece reflects the influence of the Seaform series by Dale Chihuly and Murano glass traditions. The third item is a large, fan-shaped vessel with deep vertical fluting and an undulating rim, finished in a dark metallic lustre glaze. These pieces represent late 20th-century studio movements. No visible maker’s marks or signatures were observed. Largest vessel approximately 22 cm in width; spherical vase approximately 14 cm in height.
