A large circular ceramic wall plaque or charger decorated in the traditional Dutch Delft style. The piece features hand-painted underglaze cobalt blue decoration on a white ground, depicting a classic Dutch landscape. The scene includes a prominent windmill, figures in small boats on a waterway, and a distant church spire under a clouded sky. The plain white glazed reverse lacks official factory marks but includes a hand-written descriptive label identifying the piece as Delph Iron Scale painting C20, suggesting a 20th-century production. Diameter: approximately 40 centimetres.
