A Collection of Four Wristwatches including Seiko and Lorus
Description
A group of four wristwatches. The first is a Lorus ladies quartz wristwatch, reference RPG39BX-9, featuring a gold-tone base metal case, cream dial with Arabic numerals, and a gold-tone expansion band, accompanied by the original box, manual, and tag. The second is a Seiko men’s quartz dress watch featuring a gold-tone stainless steel case, white dial with stick indices and date window, and a black leather strap, accompanied by a Seiko box and guarantee booklet. The third is a vintage ladies mid-century wristwatch with an unidentified brand, featuring a likely manual wind movement, chrome-plated case, and a two-tone bulls-eye dial on a distressed grey leather strap. The fourth is a vintage Seiko 17 Jewels automatic wristwatch featuring a mechanical movement, stainless steel case, silver sunburst dial with date window, and a stainless steel expansion band, housed in a generic box. Serial numbers are not visible. Case sizes 15mm, 34mm, 22mm, and 36mm.
Condition report:
All watches are untested. The Lorus is in excellent condition, appearing to be new old stock. The Seiko dress watch is in good condition with minor wear to the strap. The vintage bulls-eye watch is in fair condition with a heavily worn strap and light scratches to the case. The Seiko automatic is in good vintage condition with light surface scratches to the crystal and case.
