Description
A collection of porcelain figurines primarily representing young female figures. The group includes an elongated, stylized figure of a woman with a grey sash, bearing the underglaze blue stamp for Porcelanas Miquel Requena S.A., Cuart de Poblet, Valencia. Also included is a hand-painted porcelain figure of a girl holding flowers, marked for Porceval, Villamarchante, Valencia. The collection also features a polychrome figurine of a girl with a goose mounted on a wooden base with a B. Merli plaque, and a figurine of a girl holding a pet on a circular wooden base with a Mareinite Genuine label. The Spanish porcelain pieces feature a high-gloss glaze and a color palette consistent with the Valencia region.
