A Collection of 12 Vintage and Modern Toys and Musical Instruments
Description
A collection of 12 miscellaneous vintage and modern toys and musical instruments. The lot includes a cylindrical cardboard kaleidoscope tube labeled KALEIDO, featuring illustrated graphics of a camel and pandas. Also present is a distressed red tin marked RADIANCE TOFFEE, containing numerous small painted miniature figures, likely lead or plastic. Musical items include a multicolored wooden maraca or rattle wrapped with string, and a dark brown plastic Yamaha Soprano/Descant Recorder, model YRS-24B. The recorder is housed in a tan cloth case marked YAMAHA, which notes conflicting origins: MADE IN JAPAN and MADE IN INDIA. A metallic black whistle marked MUSICADURA is included. There is a two-piece dark wood instrument, resembling a flute or recorder, housed in a velvet-lined wooden case. Completing the collection are three plain wooden sticks or dowels of varied color and finish, a small wooden acorn-shaped toy piece secured with a yellow band, and one small wooden spool or top-shaped piece.
