A 19th Century Chinese Hardwood Pedestal Stand
Description
A single pedestal stand constructed from dark hardwood, consistent with 19th-century Chinese side table or plant stand forms. The utilitarian design features a square top finished with a simple stepped molding edge. The top is supported by four narrow, tapering legs which connect to a lower square shelf, providing secondary display space. The construction suggests a late 19th or early 20th-century period. A small white rectangular sticker marked “7210” is affixed to the apron just beneath the tabletop.
