Description
This lot comprises a collection of vintage costume jewellery, timepieces, and decorative items. Featured is a rectangular black lacquer jewellery box decorated with mother-of-pearl inlay depicting an Oriental landscape with pagodas and birds. The jewellery includes several cameo brooches and pins in various shades including blue, carnelian, and cream, set in gold-tone mounts. Also included is a silver-tone necklace set with clear round-cut paste stones, a gold-tone floral brooch, and a silver-tone ring with a green stone. Timepieces consist of a gold-tone open-faced pocket watch with a white dial and Roman numerals in a black pouch, a ladies silver-tone wristwatch with a fluted bezel and Jubilee-style bracelet, and a ladies gold-tone wristwatch with an abalone shell dial.
