Mid-century modern teak veneer record storage rack attributed to Poul Cadovius for CADO
Description
A mid-century modern storage rack or shelving unit, designed for vinyl record storage. The piece is constructed from a warm-toned wood veneer, appearing to be teak. It features a rectangular frame with seven fixed vertical compartments. The unit is a single, non-sectional piece and does not include glazing or adjustable shelves. A small, white rectangular adhesive label is present on the interior back panel of the third compartment from the left, though no characters are legible. The design is characteristic of Danish modern furniture from the mid-to-late 20th century, bearing strong similarities to modular components produced by CADO.
