A collection of Royal Swan June Bouquet pattern porcelain tea wares
Description
A collection of mid-20th century porcelain tea wares manufactured by Royal Swan (A.G. Richardson & Co Ltd), decorated in the June Bouquet pattern. The assembly comprises various teacups and saucers featuring white glazed bodies adorned with polychrome transfer-printed floral sprays of pink and yellow roses amongst green foliage. Several pieces are further enhanced with a complementary pink banded border. All items are finished with hand-applied gilded rims and handles. The undersides bear the manufacturer’s mark for Royal Swan. This collection represents typical English domestic ceramic production from the 1940s to 1950s. Teacups approximately 7 cm in height, saucers approximately 14 cm in diameter.
