An Italian Silver-Plated Mounted Crystal Claret Jug and a Collection of Decorative Glassware
Description
A collection of five decorative glass items featuring a vintage silver-plated mounted claret jug in the Victorian style, attributed to Italian makers such as Raimond or F.lli Beccaro. The jug comprises a tapered cut crystal body with a diamond-cut pattern, fitted with an ornate silver-plated collar, hinged lid, and a decorative scroll handle. The lot also includes two pieces of cranberry glass, consisting of a bulbous pitcher with an applied clear glass handle and a vase with a distinctive ruffled rim. Completing the collection is a pair of light blue art glass swan figurines. These pieces showcase a variety of glassmaking techniques from traditional cut crystal to mid-century decorative styles.
