A collection of Wedgwood Wild Strawberry pattern fine bone china tableware
Description
Wedgwood, England. Fine bone china. Transfer-printed decoration with hand-applied 22-carat gold gilding. Decorated in the Wild Strawberry pattern featuring trailing vines, red strawberries, and pink blossoms on a crisp white ground. Marks include the black Wedgwood backstamp to the base. This assembly includes two dinner plates, a cream jug, approximately seven teacups, twelve saucers, and two boxed miniature items including a teapot and a cup and saucer set. This pattern was first introduced in 1964 and has become a staple of contemporary English ceramic design. Dinner plates approximately 27 cm diameter.
